We currently ship to the following zones:

1. United Kingdom

– Free on orders of £100.00 and above

•  Express Shipping
– 1–2 business days
– £6.99
– Free on orders of £100.00 and above

2. European Union (EU)

(27 countries/regions including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, and others)

•  Standard International
– 5–8 business days
– £12.99 flat rate

3. International

(5 countries/regions including Australia, Canada, Switzerland, and others)

•  Standard International
– 7–10 business days
– £18.99 flat rate

Important Shipping Information

•  Shipping times are business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays. They are estimates only and not guaranteed.

For Pre-order drops shipping times may vary taking 2-3 weeks including manufacturing, shipping and delivery processes. 

•  Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

•  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

•  Delivery times may be longer during peak periods (e.g., holidays) or due to customs processing for international orders.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

•  For EU and International orders, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

•  Sequoia is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please note that not all carriers provide real-time tracking for every destination.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
